How to play Craps


Come Out Roll and Pass Line Bet – Before the game begins, players must place the pass line bet. The first roll of the dice is known as the come out roll. If the come out roll is a 7 or 11, the pass line bet wins; if it is a 2, 3 or 12, the pass line bet loses.

The Point Number – If the come out roll is a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10, this number becomes the point number. The dice keep being rolled until they land on the point number or the number 7. If the point number is rolled before a 7, the pass line bet win; if the number 7 is rolled before the point number, the pass line bet loses.

Don’t Come Bet – This is the opposite of the come bet, meaning that if a 7 or 11 comes up in the come out roll, the player will lose and if a 2 or 3 is rolled on the come out roll, the player will win. A dice of 12 ties.

Don’t Pass Line Bet – This is the opposite of the pass line bet in that if a 7 is rolled before the point number, the player wins and if the point number is rolled before a 7, the player loses.
